MONDAY: Moto Monday (short aerobic sets)

TUESDAY: Technique Tuesday (drills) 

WEDNESDAY: Wild Wednesday (strength)

THURSDAY: Threshold Thursday (anaerobic/threshold) 

FRIDAY: Fundamental Friday (drills)

SATURDAY: Super Saturday (Long aerobic sets)

SUNDAY: Sunday Funday (Plan Swim fun)
